Job Title: Patient Care Associate (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

This position is located in Lakewood and involves providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of nursing staff. The ideal candidate will be able to perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, and transferring or transporting them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Communicate and interact with patients and families, physicians, peers, and other healthcare members to maximize successful customer outcomes and unit function.">
  • Precept team members to job function and orient patients to hospital environment and routine.">
  • Attend and serve on one unit committee or educational peer opportunity to improve quality and engagement.">
  • Document all aspects of patient care in a timely manner.">
  • Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives.">
  • Communicate appropriate information and patient needs to oncoming staff at change of shift and to RN in a timely manner for follow-up.">
  • Provide care in accordance with the patient's plan of care.">

  • Lifting, moving, and loading 30 to 50 pounds.">
