CareStaff Partners is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to fill an opening with a skilled nursing facility (SNF/LTC) located in the picturesque town of Waterville, Maine.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate CNA/LNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced SNF/LTC environment and possess excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities
  • Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a SNF/LTC setting
  • A current certification or licensure in the state of practice
  • ACLS and BCLS certification
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
