About the Role:
Cambay Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician/CNA to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to promote positive patient outcomes
- Provide patient care and support in daily activities, including personal care and hygiene
- Work collaboratively with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence and self-advocacy
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
- CNA or NAR certification
- WA state license
- BLS certification
- First Aid certification
- De-escalation certificate (CPI or MOAB)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-year experience in inpatient mental health or medical hospitalization
