Job Title: Behavior Support Specialist

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to program participants, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Collaborate with the House Manager and other team members to ensure seamless support and services.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or residential setting.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain an NAR certification within 90 days of hire.
