Behavioral Health Clinical Specialist

The Behavioral Health Clinical Specialist position at CareOregon provides clinical and operational expertise to the network, aligning with quality assurance standards, encouraging the effective spread of clinical best practices, and the successful implementation of improvement initiatives to improve health outcomes for members.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and deliver training programs, instructional tools, and delivery strategies based on knowledge gaps identified by staff and leadership teams.
- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of behavioral health developed training programs.
- Develop and maintain tools for tracking timelines, deliverables, and project outcomes.
- Develop and oversee behavioral health clinical best practices and regulatory curriculum for the provider networks.
- Coach and motivate behavioral health provider teams on clinical improvement projects.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across departments and leadership groups to develop interactive training programs, instructional tools, and delivery strategies.
- Regularly connect with system partners regarding progress of projects and regularly update leadership on goal tracking.
- Perform work in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
