Highly Skilled Medical Nurse Required for Cambridge Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive understanding and support
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Competitive salary range: $83,000 - $115,000 per annum
