Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Micro-Kitchen Attendant to join our team at Yarzin Sella Cambridge. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $23.50. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and corporate programs that support work-life balance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient rotation of food and drink selections in the Micro-Kitchen.
  • Follow Yarzin Sella standards to prepare Micro Kitchen, food, beverage, and service items.
  • Greet clients as they arrive and interact with them during their visit to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing continuously throughout an 8-hour shift, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and being comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly. You must also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and interact with a high volume of clients in a friendly and professional manner.
