Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patients' needs, manage emergencies, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Massachusetts RN license and Basic Life Support certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in emergency nursing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • BSN degree or equivalent preferred.
