About the Role

As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Cambridge Health Alliance, you will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality care to acute patients and their families. Our emergency services are one of the busiest in Massachusetts, with approximately 100,000 combined annual visits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care according to Cambridge Health Alliance standards of nursing practice.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in a professional manner.

Qualifications
  • RN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Current MA RN license required.
  • 1-2 years of Emergency RN experience preferred.
  • American Heart Association (or American Red Cross) for Healthcare Providers BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • TNCC preferred.
  • Basic computer EMR proficiency required.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Average salary range: $83,500 - $115,000 per year.
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for newly hired experienced RNs with 2 years of experience in the specialty.
