Job Summary

Gustave A. Larson, a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, parts, and supplies, is seeking a skilled HVACR Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that products are properly stocked and maintained, and that inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Counter sales representative or customer service experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
