Additionally, the Maryhurst Renewal team collaborates with children, adults, and families to provide tailored support, helping to eliminate barriers to success in various settings, including home, school, and community.
The Employee Retention Specialist will play a crucial role within an Intervention Team comprised of skilled and experienced professionals focused on cultivating a safe and nurturing atmosphere for staff. This role involves organizing staff-centric initiatives, such as facilitating breaks, implementing supportive onboarding for new hires, and coordinating ongoing engagement activities throughout the year. The Employee Retention Specialist will work collaboratively with program leaders and the training department to identify staff members who may require extra assistance or skill enhancement. The primary objective of this position is to bolster retention efforts, mitigate burnout, and decrease turnover rates among direct care and therapeutic support teams.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Substantial experience in childcare, supervision of children and adolescents, or in delivering therapeutic interventions for clients with significant emotional and behavioral challenges is essential.
Compensation:
$18-$24 per hour
