Job Overview

Cash Waggner & Associates is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Surveyor to contribute to the success of our projects through meticulous fieldwork and comprehensive documentation utilizing cutting-edge technology and advanced tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and other surveying professionals on various civil and site development projects, including transportation and construction initiatives.
  • Engage in diverse projects such as roadways, airports, railways, drainage systems, and site improvements.
  • Oversee and guide field crew operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of boundary research and field surveys, including property and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient understanding of principles, practices, and tools associated with computer-aided drafting.
  • Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction specifications, plans, and regulations.
  • Awareness of industry-specific safety practices and principles.
  • Ability to manage office operations effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain positive communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Willingness to travel locally within a 300-mile radius.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Educational Background and Experience:
  • Must hold a valid Professional Land Surveyor license.
  • Licensure in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan is preferred, or the capability to obtain licensure in these and other states within six months of employment.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to travel to various project locations.
  • Capability to access and navigate job sites and construction environments.
  • Competence in operating motorized equipment.
  • Willingness to work outdoors under varying environmental conditions.

Compensation:
