**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Customer Service Representative to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Address a broad spectrum of needs and concerns in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Perform a variety of customer service and unit-operations activities to assist medical, nursing, and administrative staff
  • Utilize information and computer systems to support patient care and unit operations

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent, one year of college credit preferred
  • Minimum six months experience in healthcare or office setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Substantial interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Ability to build positive relationships and respond to customer needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and ability to learn automated systems
