This position is essential in orchestrating, overseeing, and enhancing the foster care recruitment initiative within a designated region, ensuring the successful execution of a targeted recruitment strategy for foster homes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and monitor a localized foster care recruitment strategy.
  • Foster professional relationships with foster parents and provide ongoing support.
  • Assess and identify resource requirements within the community.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication regarding available services and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Contract Administration to create contracts addressing unmet service needs.
  • Support casework staff by offering assistance with complex service requirement cases.
  • Compile and analyze reports, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders to enhance understanding of recruitment and resource needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of foster program data analysis to inform regional and statewide program improvements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree and have a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in community organization, social services, or program planning and development. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.

  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
