Rise25 is seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-growing team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for all job posting, advertising, recruiting, interviewing, and reporting directly to our co-owners/co-founders.

This is a great opportunity to help a company that is growing quickly to build out its team with top-notch people. You will help with determining when the company needs to hire and in what positions, and assist with using Hubstaff and other tools to oversee staff and ensure they are putting in accurate hours.

This position is location-independent and self-paced, requiring you to be good at self-direction and taking initiative. You must also be detail-oriented and meticulous, as we prioritize building a culture of one team working together toward a common goal.
