Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business License Administrator to join our team at Snelling BHAM. As a Business License Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients and taxpayers, processing payments, and working delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer support through phone, email, and correspondence
  • Process payments and work delinquent accounts
  • Prepare deposits and process correspondence
  • Provide inbound and outbound telephone customer service
  • Research, resolve, and record problems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office environment with heavy phone experience
  • Heavy data entry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to proofread correspondence and detect errors
  • Ability to perform basic math computations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
