We are seeking a skilled and motivated HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our growing team at ibml, a global leader in intelligent document processing.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to support our sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain a deep understanding of ibml's customers, business, and business processes.
- Own and implement HubSpot projects in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external vendor teams.
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of our business.
- Provide support and training to users across the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM.
- Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations performance.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot standard objects, custom objects, and other business systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the CRM system promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- HubSpot Certifications.
- 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities across all the HubSpot enterprise hubs.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills and Effective Communication.
- Proficiency in data management and CRM best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in using M365 tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
