Job Title: HubSpot CRM Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our growing team at ibml, a global leader in intelligent document processing.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to support our sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of ibml's customers, business, and business processes.
  • Own and implement HubSpot projects in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external vendor teams.
  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of our business.
  • Provide support and training to users across the organization.
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations performance.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot standard objects, custom objects, and other business systems.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the CRM system promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Certifications.
  • 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities across all the HubSpot enterprise hubs.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills and Effective Communication.
  • Proficiency in data management and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in using M365 tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Birmingham, AL highly preferred. Remote candidates within the eastern or central time zones and a 3-6 hour drive or direct flight away will be considered.
