Key Responsibilities- Achieve annual sales budget in sales volume and profitability as committed.
- Understand daily market trends, including supply and demand, competitive landscape, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Manage and grow territory sales, identifying and growing new accounts, and demonstrating knowledge in all aspects of the customer relationship.
- Build and expand relationships with key purchasing decision makers for selling of products and with key decision makers for sourcing of products.
- Support the development of annual budget and mid and long-term growth strategy for the assigned region.
- Align target account pipeline with supplier needs on branded prime, generic prime, and off-grade sales.
- Initiate and conclude profitable distribution transactions with minimum risks and maximum returns.
- Pro-active, self-motivated individual with a high energy level and sense of urgency.
- A "self-starter" who is able to work with minimum supervision, recognizing potential opportunities and taking timely, appropriate action.
- "Bottom-line" orientation, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to bring transactions to profitable conclusion.

- Good communicator, throughout all levels of the company, suppliers, and customers.

- Good knowledge about PP/PE products and markets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in PP/PE distribution/resins sales in the US.
- Experience in specialty polymer and distribution sale will be highly preferred.
