We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing a high volume of accounts, and driving business growth through strategic relationships and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Account Management
    • Manage a high volume of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests and changes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategic plans to achieve goals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and wholesale brokers to secure competitive quotes and market access.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of commercial insurance experience.
    • Working knowledge of Office 365.
    • Experience with Applied Epic or TAM preferred.
    • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and usages.
    • Knowledge of insurance markets, rating, and underwriting procedures.
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
    • Detail-oriented to handle multiple clients, tasks, and requirements.
