Job Summary

The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management and compliance at Voadera. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, optimizing cash flow, and managing budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow statements, and provide recommendations for improving liquidity and managing working capital effectively.
  • Provide financial guidance, including cost analysis, to identify areas for improvement and increase profitability.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, balance sheet systems along with other reports via our ERP system.
  • Develop and implement financial forecasting models and conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding financial and accounting practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on e-commerce or retail industries preferred.
  • Proven experience in tax compliance, IRS regulations, financial statement preparation, and cash flow management.
