Assistant Branch Manager Job Description

The Assistant Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager in driving office growth and leading global luxury initiatives. This position is responsible for selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, coaching agents on increased production, and implementing an office culture that fosters agent growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agent Retention and Growth: Support the Branch Manager in agent retention efforts by training and coaching sales agents on business strategy, growth, tools, and programs. Assist in recruiting new and experienced sales agents through cold-calling, referrals, emailing, and networking events.
  • Global Luxury Initiatives: Lead marketing efforts and drive the success of global luxury initiatives.
  • Agent Support: Provide guidance and direction to agents on sales transactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Office Meetings: Lead office-wide sales agent meetings to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Culture Development: Ensure the creation of a "Culture of Awesomeness" to promote agent satisfaction and retention.
  • CB Tools and Services: Help drive the adoption of CB tools and services, aligning with leadership strategies to grow the business.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Experience: 1-3 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Valid License: Valid real estate license in the applicable state required.
  • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrates proficiency with technology, ability to navigate multiple systems/tools, and readily adopts new technology.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in recruiting, training, coaching, and leading people, preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
