Job Title: Administrative Operations Resident

Anthony's Villa is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Operations Resident to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will assist with various administrative and operational functions, providing hands-on experience in healthcare administration, project management, and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, aligning with our mission and goals.
  • Participate in strategic planning and project management initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documents for executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations for process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills and ability to conduct research and present findings, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.

Work Environment:

Anthony's Villa is a dynamic and fast-paced organization, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Salary Range:

$55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
