We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our internal accounting team at Creative Financial Staffing.

This role will involve handling accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, working closely with the staff accountant, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify items/quantities received against purchase orders and invoices using a three-way match
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding issues or discrepancies
  • Prepare check runs and process checks for mailing
  • Reconcile vendor statements to accounts payable records on a monthly basis
  • Provide accurate and timely accounts payable reports and maintain related files

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting position or an associate's degree in accounting/finance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern computer programs

Compensation: $54,000 - $58,000
