- Monitor the quality and regulatory standards in the delivery of support services.
- Assist in the administrative management and compliance oversight of a portfolio of contracts.
- Perform research on various compliance-related matters as they arise from internal and external inquiries and document research.
- Serve as a resource for department managers, staff, physicians, and administration.
- As directed, assist in the scoping and delivery of reports and reviews as part of the overall Compliance Program to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- As directed, interact and communicate with internal departments and external parties, such as Legal, Provider Relations, Corporate Development, Accounting, and State Surveyors.
- Provide administrative support and perform administrative responsibilities, including scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry, for various projects.
- As directed, maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance issues and regulations related to the healthcare industry, annual coding updates, and frequent regulatory changes.
- Assist in the on-boarding process of 1099/Non-employees.
- Monitor for proper and complete documentation for various Compliance projects, Contract Management, and Clinical Research Study proposals.

Qualifications- Education/Certification: High School Graduate, some college experience preferred
- Experience: Administrative/Office procedures; experience working in the medical field; Basic knowledge of Quality/Compliance; Research techniques
- Equipment/Technology: Proficient Microsoft office skills and computer skills; Technical knowledge/understanding of digital environment
- Language/Communication: Excellent Communication Skills
- Mental Capabilities: Organized and Self-Motivated; Uses good judgement and logic; Excellent attention to detail
- Interpersonal: Ability to deal confidently and positively with all levels of Staff, both face-to-face and over phone and through email/correspondence
