Job Overview

As an Administrative Billing Specialist at DEX Imaging, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate setup of all contracts following order invoicing. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all recurring contract records, processing contract renewals, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and contract renewals
  • Process contract renewals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless contract management and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience with E-Automate or similar software a plus
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
