Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain control of all regular, interim, and special tenant re-examinations for assigned caseload
- Perform application interviews for formal applications, verify applicants, prepare file, and conduct briefings
- Prepare leases/contracts and negotiate proper rents
- Review and verify household income and composition to determine program benefits eligibility
- Assist in the daily administration of the Section 8 Programs as directed by supervisor
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of the regulations governing the Section 8 program is preferred and general administration practice is required
- Computer literacy is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and present to a variety of individuals or group is required
- Ability to work independently to schedule, organize, plan, prioritize, and complete job-related activities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals
Salary: $20.40 Hourly
