We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People & Culture Operations Specialist to join our team at Permobil. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the People & Culture team, including employee onboarding, terminations, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee the administration of new hire setup and employee changes within HR systems.
  • Assist with the coordination of new hire orientations, employee training, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support site-related and corporate projects, initiatives, and special events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prefer some college or technical school coursework.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of job-related experience, preferably in a People & Culture department with multi-site locations.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.
  • HRIS systems experience, with emphasis on data entry and maintenance of electronic employee records.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
