Job Title: Packaging Associate

Conagra Brands is seeking a skilled Packaging Associate to join our team in Kent, Washington. As a Packaging Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Job Summary:

The Packaging Associate will be responsible for rotating through various positions on the production line, including Production Specialist, to ensure the efficient and safe production of our products. This includes counting products, stacking products on conveyor lines, and monitoring product flow and quality. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and food safety standards, and working effectively with a team of 235+ team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rotate through various positions on the production line, including Production Specialist
  • Count products, stack products on conveyor lines, and monitor product flow and quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and food safety standards
  • Work effectively with a team of 235+ team members
  • Communicate food safety concerns to supervisor/management
  • Accept accountability and responsibility for one's work
  • Confront issues when they arise
Requirements:
  • Must follow plant work standards, high quality and productivity standards per plant requirements
  • Must maintain and regular attendance per company policy
  • Meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others
