Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, vascular, and obstetrical and gynecological exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound exams on adult, geriatric, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patients
  • Administer contrast and IVs according to policy and procedure
  • Accurately execute provider orders according to policies and procedures
  • Participate in economical utilization of supplies and ensure that equipment is maintained in a clean and safe manner
  • Assist in the orientation/training of new team members
  • Take direction and initiate actions that will allow the assumption of cross-functional duties to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program
  • Minimum one (1) year experience performing a wide range of ultrasound exams preferred
  • Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular registries preferred
  • Current American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification or ARDMS eligible
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) healthcare provider BLS certification required
