Position Overview:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant at TEPHRA will collaborate closely with client teams to spearhead the development, execution, and oversight of change management strategies for various projects.

This role encompasses: 1) Engaging stakeholders effectively 2) Facilitating transitions through a structured OCM approach 3) Enhancing user adoption rates.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties include:

  • Identifying project scope, planning, and monitoring OCM deliverables
  • Designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies, change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, communication strategies, training initiatives, and resistance management plans
  • Creating a comprehensive OCM plan and aligning it with the overarching project timeline
  • Determining training requirements, schedules, and coordinating efforts among business, IT, and vendor teams
  • Developing dashboards and tracking OCM key performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitating OCM lessons learned sessions during and after project implementation
  • Serving as an OCM advisor to business units and mentoring teams on OCM deliverables
  • Collaborating with a diverse, global team to achieve project goals
Additional Responsibilities:

As part of a dynamic consulting group, you will be expected to contribute to the overall success of TEPHRA's consulting practice. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Providing strategic insights that deliver business value to clients while developing reusable resources
  • Creating innovative solutions, frameworks, and templates tailored to client challenges
  • Identifying growth opportunities and influencing related IT projects
Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with change management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in the automotive sector with a solid understanding of relevant processes
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to distill and process critical information, summarize client needs, and provide targeted insights
  • Background in IT project management
  • Experience working within global, multicultural teams
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions with senior executives and provide OCM coaching
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and monitoring activities
  • Familiarity with MS Office and G Suite, capable of creating impactful presentations and conducting data analysis
  • Exposure to training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Good-to-Have:

  • Master's degree in Communication or Organizational Design
  • Master's in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of Program Management
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)
  • PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred)
  • ScrumMaster certification or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in OCM and 5 years in Project Management, preferably within the Manufacturing or Automotive sectors
