Position Overview:
Our esteemed client is in search of a Global Change Control Engineer. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring quality across various processes.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a meticulous and results-oriented professional to provide essential expertise in managing global change control initiatives. The responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating global Cross Vehicle Line (XVL) change control meetings.
  • Implementing several process and tool enhancements to drive efficiency, quality, and speed.
  • Serving as the primary support for the change control tool and process inquiries.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for urgent Change Requests (CRs) from Program and Functional leaders.
  • Overseeing global change control training programs.
  • Collaborating with international colleagues to exchange lessons learned and best practices.
  • Managing the global change control SharePoint site.
  • Coordinating with the IT team to resolve issues related to the change control tool.
  • Co-managing the metrics tracking tool for Change Requests with the IT department.
  • Conducting data analysis for the change control tool.
  • Addressing Alert-related inquiries and issues.
  • Training Change Control Analysts.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Proficient in the change control tool.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • This position requires full onsite presence.
