Position Summary:
The Client Success Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO to nurture and expand client relationships. This position offers substantial growth potential within the agency, allowing the individual to shape the success of our client partnerships and agency development. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in digital marketing, especially in the mechanics of YouTube and Meta advertising, while focusing on client relationship management rather than direct campaign execution.

Key Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and expectations surpassed.
  • Establish and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, comprehending their business objectives and aligning our offerings to support their success.
  • Work alongside internal teams to guarantee that YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns are executed punctually, within budget, and meet performance targets.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Utilize ClickUp for effective project management, ensuring tasks are monitored, deadlines are adhered to, and communication is efficient.
  • Engage in occasional strategic meetings with the CEO and other team members.
  • Identify avenues for account expansion and collaborate with the CEO to devise and implement strategies to enhance our services for existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Client Success Manager or in a comparable role, with prior experience in a digital marketing agency being essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of YouTube and Meta advertising, with the capability to discuss campaign strategies and performance metrics with clients.
  • Proficient in ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strategic mindset with a commitment to assisting clients in achieving their business goals.
