Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team at CHAMP Titles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
  • Collaborate with new business development team to effectively onboard and implement new client relationships
  • Clearly define client goals and expected outcomes by collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Manage and relay client feedback to product team for continuous product improvements
  • Identify and foster growth opportunities to expand your book of business
  • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with assigned clients to drive progress and demonstrate ROI
  • Collaborate with new business development team to support renewals and expansions
  • Provide recommendations for improving department processes and strategies
  • Become an industry expert to lead your clients through complexities in the industry
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of client success or account/relationship management experience
  • Proven track record of working in a client-facing role
  • Prefer B-to-B experience but not required
