ROLE

In the capacity of Creative Director, you will shape the creative vision and motivate your team to produce top-tier creative work. We seek an individual with a proven history of delivering iconic projects for major brands, particularly with a background in entertainment and fashion being advantageous. Your acute sensitivity to cultural nuances will ensure that your creative outputs are pertinent and resonate with a wide array of audiences. Leading a team of Art Directors and Copywriters, you will foster a collaborative atmosphere where creativity thrives. By establishing trust-based relationships with clients and our internal team, you will lead with insight, authority, and professional guidance through transformative changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee teams to guarantee their creative deliverables, while reporting to the Executive Creative Director;
  • Contribute to defining a creative vision for both client accounts and the agency;
  • Assist in building a team of exceptional talent through industry connections and existing networks;
  • Ensure creative work remains at the forefront of new innovations and industry trends;
  • Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities;
  • Maintain brand consistency from both a copy and visual perspective;
  • Interpret information provided by clients and translate it into effective guidance for the team;
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years of experience in an agency setting.
  • Impressive Portfolio: Showcase exceptional originality, innovation, and multidisciplinary thinking through your work.
  • Global Recognition: Have produced world-class campaigns that gained international acclaim or received multiple global awards.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate the ability to organize, inspire, and enhance the creative output of your team.
  • Creative Insight: Possess a comprehensive vision that defines the creative direction for accounts and the agency, leading to award-winning results.
  • Big Idea Thinker: Generate campaignable concepts that transcend executional or tactical approaches and work across various media.
  • Production Knowledge: Understand the critical nature of the production process and ensure it yields outstanding work.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members through generous and patient mentorship.
  • Cultural Contributor: Embody a positive, collaborative spirit that enhances the agency's culture.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Take initiative and proactively introduce new ideas to advance creative work and strengthen client relationships.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage your time and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

The salary range for this position is $180,000-$230,000.
