Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the organization's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Investments: Manage the organization's investments, including endowments and other financial assets.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of financial professionals.
