Motus Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will act as the principal executive officer of the organization, accountable to the Board of Directors for the comprehensive management of all operational functions. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven individual with outstanding professional and personal values.

EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW

The CEO will report directly to the Board, which consists of diverse members representing various sectors. The Board is responsible for strategic oversight and governance, ensuring that the organization adheres to its mission and values.

The CEO will directly supervise senior leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other key executives. All other staff members will ultimately report to the CEO through a structured delegation of responsibilities.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide broad leadership and direction, ensuring effective governance and policy development.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Guide the organization to achieve successful operational, financial, and community outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Continuously assess and enhance programs to ensure alignment with industry needs and organizational objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to community and business requirements.
  • Manage financial resources, including the development and administration of budgets in compliance with Board directives.
  • Support professional development opportunities for staff and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A master’s degree is required; a doctorate from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in executive leadership within a relevant sector.
  • Demonstrated commitment to organizational excellence and experience in senior management roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a large, diverse organization.
  • Proven experience in managing complex budgets and fundraising initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively represent the organization.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
