Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer serves as the strategic financial leader for the property. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulates strategies to enhance profitability, including cost-benefit analysis and exploring new business avenues.
  • Budget Management: Prepares and analyzes annual budgets, forecasts sales against expenses, and monitors actual performance against projections.
  • Operational Control: Establishes robust financial controls to mitigate business risks and safeguard assets.
  • Team Leadership: Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to lead finance teams, ensuring clear communication of strategic goals and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintains effective communication with key stakeholders, including owners and corporate executives, to address financial and operational issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensures accurate documentation of profits and losses, and timely submission of financial reports.

Candidate Profile:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two years in finance and accounting roles is essential, with a strong emphasis on leadership and strategic planning.
