Job Title: Territory Sales Engineer-CNC Machine Tools

At Swift Placement & Consulting, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Engineer-CNC Machine Tools to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the CNC machine tool industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and expand our market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the CNC machine tool industry.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in the CNC machine tool industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of CNC machining and understanding of complex milling/turning and EDM processes.
  • Knowledge of CMM inspection equipment and metrology practices.
