- Committee Support: Serve on various academic committees in a support capacity, providing administrative assistance and ensuring effective communication.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, accurate and detail-oriented data entry experience, and strong skills using MS Office, Outlook Calendar, and video conference software.
This is a part-time, non-competitive position with a term end date of 12/20/2024. The University of New Mexico provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as tuition remission and dependent education programs.
