Job Summary:

As a Store Manager at Victoria's Secret, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and customer experience managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive top-line sales. This role requires a values-based leader who can coach and develop their team, manage payroll and inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales floor and coach and develop the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive top-line sales and customer loyalty.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to the next level and create an environment where people do their best work.
  • Monitor and track progress, incorporating feedback into decision-making.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Compensation:
Estimated range: $66,000.00 - $82,500.00. Actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
