Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cold-calling sales, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This Outside Revenue Development Manager will work closely with existing clients to ensure consistent sales performance and support the Professional Sales team members to reach overall sales goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consistently achieving personal sales and service goals while supporting team sales activities
  • Nurturing existing manufacturing clients and identifying new qualified trade clients to promote financial growth
  • Establishing and maintaining a consistent schedule of visits to manufacturing clients to recognize and maximize sales opportunities
  • Supporting leadership in goal development and execution, understanding all aspects of goal methodology
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in cold-calling sales with a strong track record of success
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet or exceed goals
