Job Description

At Star Pipe Products, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Consultant to support our Sales Department. As an Inside Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to interact directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations. You will enter quotations and orders into the system, provide information on product availability, and assist with resolving customer complaints.

The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, as well as basic math skills and strong teamwork skills. A 4-year college degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B-related field are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides support, order processing, back-order information, and other relevant information to customers.
  • Answers customer questions, resolves customer concerns, and directs customers to co-workers who can provide further support.

Work Environment:Office work environment, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 annually
