We are seeking a talented Agency Sales Consultant to join our team at Julian Garza Insurance Agency - Farmers Insurance. As an Agency Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Networking: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Present insurance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy selection, adjustments, and renewals.
Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, with additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance. You will also enjoy a mon-fri schedule, evenings off, and career growth opportunities.
As an Agency Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members and support staff to enhance client service and streamline agency operations.
