Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our FE_WIBU team in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and sales support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth initiatives in partnership with Business Leaders, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate regional marketing efforts, combining marketing promotion, analytics, and business development initiatives.
  • Support Sales Leadership in creating and managing internal and external communication flows.
  • Focus on process improvement and waste reduction in business operations, primarily in Sales and Service.
  • Provide data-driven insights to Sales Leaders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage SalesForce, CRM, CPQ, and SAPConf.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Assist in preparing corporate presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience driving change and leading multiple departments.
  • Operational skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
