Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator will support the shop management process through timely customer communications and scheduling, inventory ordering and stocking, repair follow-up and maintenance file management. This role requires proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop operations and fleet maintenance background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective communication and scheduling.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate repair follow-up and maintenance file management to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to cost containment through effective inventory planning and warranty management.
  • Enhance branch productivity through effective work scheduling and planning.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year or more customer service or comparable experience with issue resolution required.
