Customer Service Representative II

The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by resolving a wide variety of questions, problems, and concerns in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about accounts, payments, interest rates, and other financial services.
- Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist members with online and mobile banking, E-Statements, Remote Deposit Capture, and Bill Pay.
- Perform basic maintenance functions and automatic transfers for loan payments.
- Collaborate with area personnel and management to ensure effective coordination and working relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
