We are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to assist in our clinical studies. In this position, you will oversee various components of the studies, including participant recruitment, regulatory compliance, and data management. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the primary liaison for participants, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
  • Coordinating the collection and processing of specimens
  • Managing patient and laboratory data for research initiatives
  • Ensuring adherence to protocols and maintaining precise records
  • Preparing study documentation and facilitating meetings with sponsors
  • Overseeing study budgets and addressing billing issues
  • Participating in audits and quality assurance processes
Qualifications:
  • A two-year college degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology
  • Preferred certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals

Occasional physical activities may include sitting, computer use, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and rare instances of kneeling or climbing. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is necessary.
