Position: Chief Human Resources Officer
Company: Treehouse Partners is a distinguished name in the fashion industry, specializing in e-commerce. We are on the lookout for a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR functions, refine HR systems, enhance talent acquisition strategies, and boost employee engagement while managing a sizable and expanding workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic and operational HR leadership to a diverse team of managers and executives, focusing on elevating the leadership capabilities within the organization.
- Engage with senior leadership and department heads on daily HR operations, employee satisfaction, recruitment initiatives, cultural development, and compliance with policies.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to both staff and management, employing a solution-focused approach to navigate complex HR challenges.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, optimizing processes and making pragmatic decisions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on intricate employment issues, including workplace safety and compensation matters.
- Develop and implement ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs to nurture talent.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the prompt recruitment of top-tier talent, including senior and sensitive positions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven ability to address HR requirements for both corporate and distribution operations.
- 15+ years of substantial HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience collaborating with staffing agencies and managing diverse teams.
- Preferred background in consumer goods, fashion logistics, or warehouse management.
- Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and encouragement of team innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of California labor regulations and experience in handling workers' compensation issues.
- Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and well-structured communications and documentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
