We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team at The J. Paul Getty Trust. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online retail and wholesale websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support E-Commerce Operations: Provide assistance with day-to-day site maintenance, content changes, and project coordination.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee third-party fulfillment by maintaining inventory levels and product assortments.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project lists for all e-commerce development projects, set schedules and priorities, and monitor progress.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support website metric analysis by running reports for managers as necessary and generate daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Product Management: Responsible for new product creation, ensuring accuracy of all product information on the sites, and maintaining inventory accuracy for online locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills via phone and email as the primary customer contact for online-related inquiries.
  • Order Support: Provide support and follow-up for orders with risk assessment.
  • Marketing and Merchandising: Assist in the development and merchandise strategy for the online store and maintain a calendar of e-blasts and other tools to routinely perpetuate and grow business.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management: Experience with project management, planning, prioritization, and execution of online projects.
  • Web Analytics: Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • E-commerce Experience: E-commerce experience in a non-profit environment, especially a museum setting, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with staff, the public, and others outside the organization.
  • Marketing and Merchandising: Demonstrate creativity in merchandising and marketing the online store.
