Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of pertinent HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience collaborating with staffing agencies and managing diverse teams.
  • Preferred background in consumer goods, fashion logistics, or warehouse management.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to fostering team innovation.
  • In-depth knowledge of California labor regulations and experience in workers' compensation.
